Process of the program have to participation invite all relevant side and materials and also obtain and support of commitment which they were. Program have to base equality of vision concerning forest and make big strategy also. The program require to equip with a few actions short-range to pursue to damage of forest, avoiding closed new opportunity. Willingness to go forward up at consistent forest management.

Order which must be made for example.

1) A system extending and guarantying to access profit sharing of forest result for local society and society consumer of forest - Awareness program and education of environment.

2) Incentive and penalization to improve arrangement of forest concession, and also a self-supporting and transparent inspection mechanism to see end results or target which going to.

3) A program of cultivation return damage forest.
