The climate is best defined as the average state of the various components of the climate system, together with the variability of those components, the averages being taken over periods ranging from years to centuries.
An important point to recognize is that this definition of climate refers to its variability; climate is not stack. Also as scientist learn more about the weather it has been realized that in some circumstances just considering the atmosphere is not enough. To accurately forecast the weather the oceans have to be considered as well.
Question Now? How many people realize they do to care for the Earths? And so how about the Inca / Maya prediction in year 2012?
